In 2015, Jamie transitioned to the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board's technical department, where he expanded his expertise in both technology and real estate. Inspired by his father, Luke Kolk, a respected and successful REALTOR®️ in Ladysmith for over 22 years, Jamie pursued a career in real estate and obtained his real estate license.
